Don Goede

Don Goede is and has been many things in his life: An art director, publisher, editor, artist, poet, entrepreneur, songwriter, musician, yogi, and when needed, an environmentalist and advocate of Mother Earth. His latest battle in Colorado Springs is and has been about one simple thing: Doing the right thing and in this case, specifically holding municipalities accountable and responsible for contamination on any level and especially when it jeopardizes clean air, water and quality of life for its citizens. Along with attorney Randall Weiner and his business partner and mentor Kat Tudor, he feels the time has come to pay the ultimate respect to our planet by advocating for its rights, not only through the legal fight to lift sovereign immunity, but helping write possible legislation to solidify our desires for health and wellness as one part of our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
