At the core, Elizabeth’s classes strive to discover how we can live better. She uses yoga asana as a tool to empower you in understanding the fundamental forces that shape your human experience.
Students can expect an uplifting class which is physically challenging and creatively sequenced. Elizabeth provides alignment based instruction and hands on adjustments. Elizabeth wears many hats: yoga teacher, dog mom, and avid yoga student. She was born and raised in Upstate, New York but moved to Boulder the first chance she got! Her background includes a degree in Anatomy and Physiology, professional dance, and snowboard instruction.
As a yoga instructor, Elizabeth is homegrown having completed her 200-hour teacher training and Hot teacher training at Yoga Pod Boulder.
